  1. Creation of the designed system model
    • For determination of the building mode of deformation is created complex 3-D analytical model which consist of two partial structure, working in common automatic mode.
    • Partial structure #1 - designed building model. Is created on the basis of design documentation.
    • Partial structure #2 - designed foundation model. Is created on the basis of geological engineering survey of building site. The computation is carried out on the given influences (static, dynamic) and deformation influence in the basis area.

  2. Principles of computation performance
    • The building constructive system computation (Partial structure #1) based on the final element method.
    • The foundation computation (Partial structure #2) for two limiting condition groups is carried out according to plastic half-space model.
    • The computation is carried out by iterative way. At which one for deformation foundation computation the loadings as reactions at foundation level are collect at the first step. The distributed pressures are comput with taking into account of mutual influenceof the considered foundaton sites.
    • The calculated vertical stiffness coefficient of foundation used in the initial data for computation of Partial structure #1 at the second step.By results of this computation the analysis of mode of deformation of the analytical model was made.
    • The computations consecution proceeds up to the given results convergence .

  3. Presentation of computation results
    • The selection of the ferro-concrete reinforcement for ferro-concrete elements is carried out by results of the executed complex computations.
    • The durability test of load-carrying structures is carried out.
    • The work results are transferred to the Customer as the report with the complete building mode of deformation analysis.
    • The forces and movings can be submitted in graphic or table for concrete building fragments.

  4. Creation of monitoring building system
    • With the help of analytical model the building monitoring can be carried out during further use of building.
    • At the model by the current moment the unconfigured state of the building mode of deformation is fixed.
    • During the further use of building is determined the building mode of deformation of load-carrying structures at change of external influences on structure: strength characteristics of structures materia; hydro-geological and man-caused conditions of the building site; (wetting soils of the foundation by local sources, rise of earth waters level, influence of underworking); at loadings redistribution; from dynamic influences.
